Trade-in conditions for your item

ONLY ITEMS THAT MEET THE SANDRO SECOND-HAND SERVICE CRITERIA WILL BE ACCEPTED. WE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR RETURN CONDITIONS.

YOUR ITEM MUST:

• Be clean and free of stains
• Not require any repairs (missing buttons, seams, holes, etc.)
• Have all internal labels intact (brand, composition, care instructions, reference)
• Not have been altered

WE RECOGNIZE AND ACCEPT 3 CONDITION LEVELS:

• New: Brand new item with original price tag, never worn
• Excellent: Like new, no signs of wear or defects
• Very Good: Only minor signs of wear, not visible from 12 inches (30 cm)

We do not accept items in any other condition.
