Delivery

We only deliver to mainland France including Corsica, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
Delivery is to your home or to a pick-up point.

For France:

Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days.
We deliver to your home address and to the pick-up point of your choice.
The delivery fees are €4.90 for delivery to a relay point, €5.90 for home delivery without signature.
The amount will be displayed when you pay for your order.


For the Netherlands, Germany and Spain:

Delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days.
The delivery fees are €5.90 for delivery to a relay point, €6.90 for home delivery without signature.
The amount will be displayed when you pay for your order.

Returns 

Return requests can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your order by logging in to your Second Hand customer area.
A module for generating a shipping label is available in the "My orders" section.
You then have 14 days to return your parcel.
A €5 fee for return postage will be deducted from your refund.
