CONDITIONS FOR TRADING IN YOUR ITEM

Only items that meet the criteria of the SANDRO Seconde Main service will be accepted. We will not return items that do not comply with our take-back conditions.

Your item must : 
 
 
- Be clean and free of stains 
 
- Not be in need of repair (missing buttons, seams, holes, etc.)
 
- Have all its interior labels (brand, composition, care, reference)
 
- Not have been altered
 
 

We distinguish and accept 3 levels of condition: 
 
 
- New condition: new item with original price tag, never worn
 
- Excellent condition: item as new, with no signs of wear or defects 
 
- Very good condition: item showing only minor signs of wear, invisible at 30 cm.
