Shipping and returns

Delivery

We deliver only to mainland France (including Corsica), the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, and Luxembourg.

Delivery is available to your home or to a pick-up point.

For mainland France:

• Delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.
• We deliver to your home or to the pick-up point of your choice.
• Delivery fees are €5.90 for pick-up point delivery and €6.90 for home delivery without signature.
• The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.

For the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, and Luxembourg:

• Delivery time is between 5 and 7 business days.
• Delivery fees are €5.90 for pick-up point delivery and €6.90 for home delivery without signature.
• The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

Return requests can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order by logging into your Second-Hand Customer Account. A module is available in the “My Orders” section to generate a shipping label.

You will then have 14 days to return your parcel.

A fee of €5 corresponding to the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
