Sandro has strived to make the process as easy as possible for those wishing to resell their products, simplifying each step to the maximum. After completing a form on the Sandro Second Hand website, sellers send their items to the Sandro team. Following authentication and quality control, a voucher is issued to them. This voucher can be used to purchase new Sandro pieces in-store or online. The Sandro team then handles putting the collected items back on sale on the platform, providing a high-quality shopping experience aligned with the brand’s image.
This circular approach marks a key new step in Sandro’s responsible commitments, a drive that has been spearheaded for several years by Evelyne and Ilan Chetrite.
